Summary
We are looking for someone who: Brings experience in group facilitation and a confident, independent approach to managing a clinical caseload. Maintains regular clinical supervisionand stays updated on the latest evidence-based interventions. Is driven to contribute to service development, working alongside our Therapy Services Manager and Quality Management team to harness data and Routine Outcome Measures for continuous improvement. Skills & requirements You will be registered with the HCPC and possess a full, unrestricted license to practice. You will have doctorate training in Clinical Psychology, Masters Level Training in Psychotherapy, or equivalent accreditation. Essential knowledge includes the Care Act, CQC Standards, professional standards of your body, and evidence-based interventions for Schoen Clinic Chelsea clients. Proficiency in online therapeutic practice and post-qualification experience in specialist assessments, psychological formulation, and therapeutic interventions is required.
