This is a busy, hands-on, varied role, so we want someone with lots of drive and initiative.

brilliant at customer service able to talk to people at all levelssupremely organised a great team player(ideally) experienced in sales, recruitment or employer engagement
You’ll be working on recruitment projects to shape the overall Apprenticeship recruitment strategy and represent Exeter College at promotional events.

Our outstanding customer service and engagement of employers is something we take pride in. We continue to pick up national awards but most importantly, our work supports hundreds of employers and young people every year.
