Summary
Multi Skilled Joiners Required - Chesterfield
Start Date: 1st August 2025
Pay: £22 per hour
Duration: 3 Years work
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiners to work on a long-term social housing project across Chesterfield.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working in void social housing properties to be re-let by the council
- Replacing work tops/Kitchen cupboard doors, boxing in pipe work, replacing internal doors, door linings, skirtings and boxing in pipework
- Changing taps and traps
- Plaster-patching
- Replacing odd wall tiles
- Replacing Floor tiles
- Painting and Decorating
Requirements:
- Previous Multi Skilled Joiner experience
- Social housing project experience
- Own van and tools
- Two professional references
Extras:

- 3 Years work for a reputable contractor
