Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and support our customer-facing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team members through their tasks, and resolving any challenges that arise during customer interactions. This role involves monitoring performance, providing constructive feedback, and helping the team meet and exceed service goals. The Team Leader will play a central role in training new staff, fostering a supportive work environment, and promoting professional development through ongoing coaching and mentorship. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the Team Leader will often step in to handle escalated issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently and professionally. The role requires attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. In addition, the Team Leader will collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, implement service improvements, and share insights based on customer feedback. Experience with service management systems, call center platforms, or helpdesk software is an advantage, as is the ability to analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for management. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a customer support environment, with a minimum of one year in a leadership or supervisory role. A background in business, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
