What you'll do
- Working across all of ours sites as demand requires.
- Assist the Chef Manager with preparation of food.
- Service of food, drink and hospitality for our customers.
- Set up and clear down to set standards; preparation, serving and dining areas.
- Complete any food safety and cashing up reports commensurate with the role.
- Help to maintain cleanliness of areas, ensuring that food safety policy is adhered to.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for people committed to providing excellent customer service. Hold food safety certificate or be prepared to undertake training in food safety. Experience of working in a fast paced food service environment. We are looking for someone who can work on their own using their initiative as well as being flexible in working within different teams.
