Summary

Job Title: Locality Manager (South West)

Hours: Up to Full Time (36 hours) – we welcome part and full time applications. Please clearly state the number of hours you are able to work.

Job Status: Fixed Term/ Secondment up to 31st March 2026

Location: Home-based, with expectation of travel within locality and region, and occasional national travel where required

Salary: £52,575.15 per annum (FTE)

It is an exciting time to join us as a Locality Manager. This role is an ideal opportunity for passionate and dynamic individuals looking to help shape the future of the social care workforce.

As a Locality Manager, your role is pivotal to support the sector to respond and adapt to the emerging trends and needs within social care, using our Adult Social Care – Workforce Data Set data, sector insight and engagement work to drive forward our ambitions for widescale change.

This vacancy is based in our South West region, predominantly covering Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, but with flexibility to work across the South West Region.
