Summary
In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to communicate, speak, read and write good English. The use of a two-way radio is required for this position so the candidate must be confident in the use of this and be able to use and understand two-way radio commands and radio etiquette, also having a good understanding of technology would also be desirable. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
Successful candidates will need to apply for a hard station ID pass after 28 consecutive days (irrespective of working days, rest days etc) For foreign national candidates they will need to produce their Passport, BRP and a bank statement (dated within the last 3 months) as proof of address. For all other candidates a passport of photo driving licence is acceptable. All the above mentioned documents must be in date.

Hours of working will be 35 hours over 4 days as noted below - please note the shift days and times are fixed and unfortunately cannot be changed or amended.
