Summary

Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker in Bicester (OX26)

Location: Bicester, OX26 (Just an 8min Drive from Bicester North Train Station)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts Available:

- 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM

- 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

- 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll be supporting five adults (three women and two men), ranging in age from their 20s to 50s. Each person has their own unique personality and support needs, including:

- Epilepsy

- Autism

- Angelman syndrome

- Stroke aftercare (requiring high-intensity physiotherapy and encouragement)

Support is a mix of 1:1 and 2:1, especially for hoisting and mobility support.

You'll be assisting with:

- Personal care for all individuals

- Hoisting (for three people)

- Wheelchair support (all five use wheelchairs; two only when out and about)

- PEG feeding (for two individuals)

- Medication administration

- Meal preparation and support
