Summary
Meeting clients face-to-face (in the community or clients home), online and by phone to conduct support conversations and co-create recovery goals. Offering practical interventions including safety planning, crisis support, grounding techniques and skills building. Working collaboratively with health and social care professionals to coordinate care. Promoting independence by helping people navigate services like housing, debt advice, or employment support. Recording your work using client-focused, trauma-informed approaches. Advocating for inclusion and equality, especially for marginalised and minoritised individuals.
