Summary
To provide the highest standard of nursing care for patients under supervision of a registered nurse. To carry out assigned tasks including direct care and indirect care as delegated by the nursing team. Demonstrate effective communication skills both verbal and non verbal. Demonstrate high standards in record keeping. Support registered nursing staff with clinical treatments and investigations as appropriate, to the level of knowledge and skill. Escort of patients to other departments within the hospital. Ensuring patient safety & dignity is maintained. Chaperone Patients, during clinical examinations as and when required, ensuring the patients privacy and dignity is maintained throughout. Adherence to Trust Infection Control Policies
