Summary

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham. This is a client-facing role, so you'll also be responsible for producing key financial data, including budgets and reports that help guide decisions and drive performance. Location: Birmingham - some travel to the office required, with remote working availableContract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £46,000 - £56,000 per year + £5,900 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits



What will you be responsible for?

As Finance Manager, you'll take the lead on day-to-day financial management of the contract and play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your day to day will include:

-Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts

-Creating and owning financial reporting packs for the contract

-Preparing the monthly application for payment to the client

-Leading and supporting a small team to ensure strong performance and development

This Finance Manager role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, making a real impact through clear financial insight, and working closely with both finance colleagues and operational teams.
