What you’ll be doing:
- Running day-to-day bar operations like a well-oiled machine.
- Leading, training, and motivating a team of bar staff to deliver brilliant service.
- Keeping the bar fully stocked, organised, and compliant at all times.
- Collaborating with our Events Co-ordinator, Catering Provider, and Treasurer to support smooth event delivery and accurate financial tracking.
- Making sure every customer leaves happy and comes back for more.
- Managing rotas, ordering stock, controlling budgets, and handling POS systems.
- Driving promotions and seasonal specials to keep things fresh and fun.
- Upholding hygiene, health & safety, and licensing standards with pride.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience as a Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor in a hospitality setting.

- Great customer service instincts warm, calm, and proactive.
- Strong understanding of bar operations, stock control, and cash handling
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
