Summary

Are you passionate about delivering amazing events, managing vibrant venues, and supporting students in creating unforgettable experiences? Join our dynamic Students’ Union team as a Venue Supervisor!

The is a great opportunity to be to be part of an award winning team.

As a Venue Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy and diverse Students’ Union venues – from bars and cafés to club nights and live performances. You'll lead from the front, ensuring excellent customer service, safe operations, and a welcoming environment for students and guests alike.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the service, upholding the highest standards of customer care, and maintaining full compliance with University policies and relevant legislation.

Our team consists of 5 full-time members of staff and over 70 student staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.

We have a fun, supportive and inclusive work culture, and opportunities for training and development, including first aid and personal licence certification.

This is a chance to help shape an exciting student experience!

This is a full-time role, working an average of 48 hours per week (5 out of 7 shift pattern) during term-time only on an annualised basis, with 3 months off to enjoy the summer!
