The Role:
This is a fast-paced administration role that supports the Customer Care team in ensuring an excellent post-occupancy experience for homeowners. You’ll be responsible for keeping everything on track — from managing emails, updating tickets onto specific software and coordinating remedial works and subcontractor visits.

Day-to-Day Duties:
* Managing the customer care mailbox and handling post-occupation queries
* Logging and tracking snagging/defect tickets via internal systems
* Issuing jobs to subcontractors and operatives
* Managing client/homeowner expectations professionally and proactively
* Providing all-round support to the Customer Care Manager and wider team
