Building Services Engineer

ROLE DESCRIPTION

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join the Estates & Facilities team at NCG London Colleges. This is a key role responsible for maintaining essential mechanical plant and systems, including HVAC, air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, boiler house equipment, plant rooms, water highline systems, and ventilation infrastructure etc.

You will be part of a professional and dedicated team, supporting the College in delivering a safe, efficient, and functional environment for staff, students, and visitors. In addition to planned maintenance, you will also be expected to carry out a range of reactive and ad-hoc tasks in response to day-to-day operational needs across the estate.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in building services maintenance, particularly across mechanical systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders are essential to delivering a high-quality service.
