Summary
Essential: NMC Registered Nurse with 3+ years of experience in community, hospital, or integrated settings Experience managing long-term conditions and complex care needs Strong leadership and mentorship abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise tasks and work autonomously Sound knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and quality standards Competent with IT systems and electronic record-keeping Current UK driving licence and access to a car for work Desirable: Teaching and Assessing qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent) Independent Prescribing qualification or willingness to undertake Experience in a clinical supervisor or first-line manager role Experience of delivering care through a Virtual Ward or community service model As a Virtual Ward Team Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic and progressive nursing team, providing expert leadership and person-centred care to patients receiving Virtual Ward services.
