Social Care & Education are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team in the Northwich area (CW8 & CW9). We provide high-quality support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs across supported living environments.
We are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and empowering individuals to live as independently as possible. You will:
Support with day-to-day tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in line with individual support plans
Encourage engagement in community and recreational activities
Administer medication
Manage challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner
Provide consistent emotional and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs
Requirements:
Minimum 3 months’ experience in a support or care-based role
Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Right to work in the UK
