Summary

Do you have experience in manufacturing? Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Production / Packing Operatives to join our client in Cwmbran.

This is a temporary ongoing position. Role can be quite manual, and work can be quite physical and repetitive.

Details:

  • Shifts: Shifts will involve working days, and possibly a 2-shift pattern, which involves AM/ PM rotating shifts. Flexibility is key for this contract, to support business needs.
  • Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.32 per hour after 12 weeks.
  • Overtime paid after 39 hours Monday - Friday.
  • Shift premium will be paid after 12 weeks if working a 2 shift pattern - AM/PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production / Packing of aerosol products.
  • Visual inspection of products, good attention to detail.
  • Working within a team and on own initiative.
  • Following work instructions.
  • Complying with all site and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Good timekeeping and punctuality.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
  • Supporting production and packaging areas.
  • Achieving daily targets.
