✅ Essential CriteriaTo be considered, candidates must demonstrate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience or a strong interest in teaching Key Stage 1 or 2
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- A passion for inclusive education and a belief in every child's potential
