We’re recruiting on behalf of a warm and well-established nursery in Eastcote seeking a confident and dedicated Room Leader to join their 2-3 or Pre-School Room. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a real impact in a nurturing, high-quality early years setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading daily routines, activities, and learning experiences for children aged 2-3 or in the Pre-School Room.
• Supervising and mentoring a team of Early Years Practitioners.
• Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and education in line with EYFS.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery team.
• Monitoring developmental progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the Room Manager and Nursery Leadership Team as required.

What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
• Previous experience in a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner role.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A warm, approachable, and professional attitude.
