Summary

Here at Caremark, we are looking to invest in a Training Compliance and Recruitment Administrator Apprentice who will grow with the team into a key part of the Caremark Family.

You will be at the forefront of all things as the Administrator, offering first-class service to the smooth running of the organisation's compliance records.

Start date: Monday 4 August 2025

Main duties will include:

- Looking after training matrix's
- Using CRM systems
- Complying with GDPR
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure compliance amongst members of their teams and CQC
- Data entry
- Ensuring all internal and external training is compliant and up to date for all members of the team
- Helping with the recruitment processes
- Answering the telephone occasionally

Desirable qualifications

GCSE in:

- English (grade 5 - 9 or A* - C)
- Maths (grade 5 - 9 or A* - C)
