Summary

The Role
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-driven Content Manager to lead our content strategy and champion our brand voice across all platforms. This role plays a vital part in shaping how we engage with audiences through compelling storytelling, high-quality content, and strong alignment with brand identity.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
As Content Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and delivering a College-wide content strategy, including individual curriculum content plans.
Creating engaging and accurate copy for prospectuses, course literature, and campaign materials that resonate with target audiences.
Leading and inspiring a team of content creators and administrators across traditional and digital channels.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Design, Curriculum, and Student Services, to generate dynamic and relevant content.
Managing the College’s content asset library and overseeing the production of photography, video, case studies, and other brand assets.
Ensuring all content aligns with B&FC’s tone of voice, customer journey strategy, and brand integrity.
Using insights, research, and industry best practices to continuously improve content performance and effectiveness.
