Summary
Manage all customer service operations, including handling in-person orders, telephone orders, and digital orders through delivery apps (e.g., Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo), ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Train, motivate, and lead the customer service team to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction across both dine-in and takeaway services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, build brand loyalty, and increase repeat business.
Plan and execute special promotional campaigns, both in-store and on third-party delivery platforms, to attract new customers and increase footfall.
Monitor and enforce strict compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant and takeaway service.
Evaluate staff performance regularly, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and development support to maintain a high-performing team.
