Summary

Your Role :
Time for a better work life balance and looking for part-time employment? Passionate about raising outcomes for children by engaging families? If you have teaching experience in Early Years or Primary Education and can demonstrate best and current practice and knowledge, then we have a flexible and varied role for you. Key aspects of this role include initiating and building relationships with Family Hubs and Schools across the county, managing a team of tutors, delivering and developing courses and workshops, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration, and undertaking processes and observations in the Quality Assurance Cycle.
We are looking for someone with a proactive and flexible approach, a love of teaching and a solid knowledge of the Primary School Curricula and/or the Early Years. Access to your own transport and a willingness to travel is an essential.
