Summary

We are recruiting a Registration Administrator at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Working hours: 22 hours and 12 minutes per week
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time
Location: Ty Penallta

Team: Trading Standards, Licensing and Registrars


This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.

We pay an attractive salary of £14,874 - £15,109.80 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate for this role will provide an administrative support function to the registration service and undertake technical duties as required by the service. You will need to give timely advice and assistance to customers as the front-line service point for the registration service.



For the role, we ask that you have:

A Relevant Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
Knowledge of working within a legislative framework and general office procedures.
Customer service experience (including telephone and face to face).
A Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough.
