About the Role:

As a Deputy Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our prestigious site in Cheltenham. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, manage a team of engineers, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of engineers to achieve operational goals.

Maintenance Management: Oversee both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site performance and maintenance activities.


What We're Looking For:

Technical Expertise: NVQ 3 or C&G equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building services and experience in Facilities Management and/or building maintenance.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills.
