Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable TIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will work primarily with aluminium and stainless steel, fabricating components to tight tolerances and high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out TIG welding on aluminium and stainless steel components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts to specifications.
Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and visual standards.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in TIG welding, particularly with aluminium and stainless steel.
Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under minimal supervision.
NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent welding qualifications are desirable.
