Summary
This role is integral to the smooth operation of the Personnel Security Team, providing essential administrative support that underpins the team's core functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and developing a range of spreadsheets and databases that are critical to the team's work. You will also liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather and manage sensitive data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
· Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications, with experience in managing and developing spreadsheets to support data tracking and reporting.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
· Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working in a security, HR, or compliance-related environment is desirable but not essential.
