As an Administrator within the Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Corporate operations across the hospital.

Centralised Recruitment:
We have adopted a centralised hiring process for administration roles in bands 2-3 and 4-5. This means you apply once and are considered for multiple positions within our organisation, saving time for both candidates and managers while accessing a broader talent pool.
This week are currently recruiting for the following Bands 2 and 3 role across the organisation:
• Medical Education Administrator - 20 hours per week, 12 month fixed-term contract. Location: Horton Hospital

The post holder is responsible to the Deputy Medical Education Manager for managing and supporting medical education programmes within the Trust in the areas of Postgraduate Medical, GP education and the Education Centre. There are currently 900 doctors in training.
The post holder will work independently and liaises and works with the Deputy Medical Education Manager to contribute to the running of the Education Centre by providing quality administrative support to the North Oxfordshire GP Programme Directors and support the Resident Doctor OUH Study Leave team.
Duties:
1 GP Training Programme
To liaise closely with the General Practice Programme Directors and assist them with all work in connection with the Training Scheme which includes the following but is not limited to:
To organise, advise, plan, manage and support the following areas of the training programme where relevant to that programme:
· Educational onboarding/welcome programme
· Mandatory teaching
· Mid Term and End of Year Assessments
· Teams platformand other educational portals
Signposting doctors to information on:
· Study Leave
· Wellbeing
· Educational and clinical supervision
2 Study Leave for Resident Doctors in Training
· To deal with enquiries relating to study leave.
· Processing data and keeping accurate records.
· To liaise with Resident Doctors efficiently as possible through good communication.
· To liaise with the Study Leave Officer, HR Records Team and UHB
