We are recruiting multiple full-time Primary Teaching Assistants for schools in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced staff while helping pupils grow in confidence and ability. Knowledge of Phonics and previous school experience would be a great asset.

Your Role:

  • Provide classroom assistance to teachers and pupils

  • Deliver small group and individual support, especially in phonics and literacy

  • Encourage positive attitudes and inclusion

  • Help children achieve their academic and personal goals

You Bring:

  • Able to work in the UK without any sponsorship.

  • Level 2 TA qualification (preferred but not essential)

  • Experience with primary-aged children

  • Phonics knowledge highly valued

  • Resilience, flexibility, and kindness

  • Enhanced Child DBS on the update service or willing to get one through Randstad
