We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Billable Works Coordinator to join our team at ISS UK Ltd.
This is a unique opportunity to build your skills in facilities management while working closely with our Operations, Finance, and supplier teams.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of above-base works – from quote to completion.
You’ll be responsible for processing orders, managing invoices, resolving issues and delays, and ensuring a smooth experience for all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and negotiate favourable terms
Manage the end-to-end quotation and client approval process efficiently
Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures
Track and monitor order status, resolving discrepancies or delays promptly
Support reporting and data analysis to inform procurement decisions
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant industry regulations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous experience within the Facilities Management industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Confident with numbers and data, with strong numeracy skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
Proficient in liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
