We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Southampton.

We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our team in Southampton to support 6 people in their own individuals flats. You will support four males and two females aged in their 30s - 60s who have learning disabilities and cerebral palsy. They can all communicate, but will need time to process the information given. They are all really active and enjoy going to day service, doing the gardening, going to the gym, the pool and watching the football. They would also like to go swimming, baking and attending a nightclub (The Edge).

One lady has an electric wheelchair and is able to control this herself, she also has a manual one which she uses inside and staff would need to feel comfortable with pushing this. Prompting is required with personal care and one lady needs support with her morning shower.

Shift Patterns: 7am - 2.30 pm/ 2.30pm - 10pm and Sleep In (10pm - 7am).
