Summary
As Highland Soap Company continues to grow, were seeking a reliable and detail-orientated Soap Mixologist to join our production team. In this role you'll produce our soap and skincare products with a focus on precision mixing, batch consistency, and quality control ensuring every product meets the high standards our customers expect.
We are looking to add to our well established team in the factory and have a full time vacancy for a Soap Mixologist, this is for 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
This role involves hands-on production of our full range of soap and skincare products, including our traditional handmade cold process soaps. You will follow precise formulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every batch meets our quality, safety, and performance standards. Attention to detail, consistency, and compliance are essential.
In addition to the manufacturing of products, your role will involve:
- Ingredient handling & preparation
- Equipment setup & maintenance
- Batch documentation & recordkeeping
- Inventory support
- Health & Safety compliance
- Filling & packaging assistance
- Quality control checks
- Waste reduction & efficiency
