Summary
The Best Connection are seeking detail-oriented and hard working individuals to join our team as a Parcel Sorter. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting parcels and packages to ensure they are delivered efficiently and on time. If you are a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities: Sort and organise parcels based on size, weight, and destination. Ensure parcels are handled with care to prevent damage. Maintain an efficient workflow while meeting daily sorting targets. Assist in loading and unloading parcels. Keep work areas clean and organised. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights. Basic understanding of parcel handling and sorting processes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Benefits: Training and development opportunities.
