We are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in New Malden, currently seeking a passionate and experienced HLTA to join their team this September.

This is an exciting, full-time opportunity to join a supportive school rated "Good" by Ofsted. As HLTA, you'll play a key role in leading learning, supporting class teachers, and delivering interventions that make a real difference to pupils' progress.

This position offers stability through a long-term contract, with strong potential for a permanent role. You'll become an integral part of the school community, contributing to a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Leading whole-class lessons, including covering for PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time and staff absence.

Delivering tailored interventions for individuals and small groups, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and other core areas.

A recognised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (essential).

Experience working as an HLTA or Senior Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to confidently lead lessons.
