Summary
You are expected to be role models in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst making sure the park is clean, tidy, and safe for our guests. Your daily roles will include:
· Cleaning Toilets
· Cleaning our vast indoor play areas
· Handling the cleaning of bodily fluids
· Emptying bins, and sorting recycling bins.
· Litter Picking
· Clearing up spillages
· Undertaking general daily cleaning in all areas
· Sharing your park knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
No previous cleaning experience is necessary although this is preferred, as full training and support will be provided, but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.
What We’re Looking For:
· Be physically able to be on your feet for extended periods whilst walking across the Theme Park litter picking, rolling large bins, or restocking toilet facilities.
· A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences.
· Comfort working outside in all weather.
· Excellent observational and communication skills.
· Take pride in their excellent standards of cleanliness.
· Be able to follow a cleaning task list and follow simple instructions.
· Possess an ability to work independently, without supervision, and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience.
This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as Bank Holidays.
Hours will be rostered in advance – This is an evening team member role from the hours of 2:00pm – 11:00pm.
