Summary
We are hiring a Data Security Manager responsible for establishing and managing data security protocols across all digital platforms to safeguard sensitive organizational and client information. The role includes developing security policies, implementing encryption, access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. Responsibilities involve performing regular risk assessments, auditing security measures, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other legal regulations. The manager will lead the incident response team, investigate security breaches, and implement corrective actions. Collaboration with IT, legal, and business departments to maintain data integrity and confidentiality is essential. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity tools, strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience with frameworks such as NIST, CISSP, CISM, or similar qualifications. Experience in managing cloud and on-premises data security systems is required.
