Summary
Job Title: Groundworker with a 360 Operator Ticket
Location: Bridgwater
Salary: £22.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 14 July 2025
Duration: 6 Weeks
Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker with a 360 Excavator Operator ticket to join a project in Bridgwater, Somerset. This role is primarily focused on general groundworks, with additional duties involving operating a 1tonne and 2.5 tonne excavator. Suitable candidates must be competent in both areas and ready to start immediately.

Duties Include:
- Carry out all aspects of general groundworks
- Operate 360 Excavators (1 and 2.5 tonne)
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
Requirements:
- A valid CPCS or NPORS card (specific to 360 excavator)
- Own PPE and tools
- Proven experience in groundworks and operating small excavators
- Ability to work unsupervised
