Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Benfield Sports Centre is seeking to appoint a casual Duty Manager who can help to inspire and lead their team and ensure the smooth running of the sports centre’s activities.

As Duty Manager, you would be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the sports centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for our customers. We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has experience of working in an operational, customer focussed role in a leisure facility.
• Experience in supervising and managing staff.
• Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Has knowledge of Health and Safety and Safeguarding within the leisure environment.
