Hours: Full-Time

Are you passionate about supporting young children as they take their first steps in learning and development? We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team and help create a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early experiences—providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive setting that promotes curiosity, creativity, and confidence. From messy play to story time, your days will be filled with opportunities to make a real impact.
What We’re Looking For:
• A warm, friendly, and nurturing personality
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Experience working with young children (in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Planning and delivering fun, educational activities in line with the EYFS
• Observing, tracking, and supporting each child’s individual progress
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
• Supporting daily routines such as snack time, nappy changing, and outdoor play
