Summary
Title: Process Operative / Manufacturing Operative **TEMP TO PERM ROLE** Our client, a leading global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing are recruiting for a PROCESS OPERATIVE at its prominent Hereford site. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.
In a varied role the position requires the following duties: Machine setting and operation Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment Supporting preventative maintenance activities Ensuring site is kept secure at all times Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise Benefits: Permanent Position after successful trial period Training and development Overtime available Shifts: 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week. Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday) Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate: £13.00 Overtime £19.50 per hour for any hours over standard weekly shift Benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Online payslips, Weekly pay and Pension contribution On-going assignments The Best Connection 'Perks at Work'
