Summary
Supervising and assigning tasks to the team to ensuring we continue to be an impeccable grocer with great customer service. Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, implementing action plans and financial handling. Communicating regularly with the Director to monitor KPIs and targets and monitoring staff performance. Maintaining a positive brand image. Identifying opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales. Liaising with customers and staff to ensure we continue to exceed expectations. Customer complaint handling. Processing deliveries and updating inventories and using the Shop Locally promotion trading pack.
