Summary
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments during home visits to patients with varying medical needs. Provide immediate care, treatment, and advice within the scope of paramedic practice. Make independent clinical decisions based on assessment findings, patient history, and clinical guidelines. Manage patient safety and welfare during lone working, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and escalate concerns when necessary. Document patient interactions and clinical findings accurately and timely. Promote patient-centered care, respecting confidentiality and dignity at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain registration requirements. Support health promotion and prevention initiatives during home visits.
