Teaching Assistant Blackbrook Primary School, part of The Oak Partnership, seeks to appoint a teaching assistant. We seek to employ a member of staff who is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school and has patience. Key responsibilities include: Working 1:1 with pupils with a range of specific SEND and SEMH needs as required; Implementing adaptations to learning identified by the class teacher and SENDCo; Working closely the class teacher, Pastoral Assistant and other Teaching Assistants supporting the pupil. Please refer to the job description for more information.Medical or Personal Care Support for the childExperience Desirable:Experience in educationExperience Supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs Experience working with High Needs childrenExperience with medical support for children in schoolHours of work: Full time. Term time only. 30.42 hours a week.
