The role:
As a Still Room Assistant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house Food and Beverage areas and supporting the Food and Beverage Assistants in their role. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests enhances their stay.
Joining the dedicated Food and Beverage department, you will:
- wash dishes from the restaurant
- wash and polish cutlery
- wash and polish glassware
- Maintain the cleanliness within the restaurant back of house areas
- Monitor and manage waste bins
- Maintain cleanliness of fridges within the still room
- Support the food and beverage assistants in preparing hot drinks
- Check and put away deliveries

As a Still Room Assitant, you’ll support the Food and Beverage team deliver award winning service and be part of a growing team who pride themselves in delivering a first-class product every time.
