Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Project Manager to lead and manage change initiatives and specific system-related change projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and system implementation and transformation, with the ability to drive successful outcomes for our people in a fast-paced ever evolving environment. |

Change Management |

· Ability to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organisational goals. · Flexibility and agility to adjust plans and strategies in response to evolving circumstances and feedback. · Skills to gain buy-in from stakeholders and drive change initiatives forward. · Capability to assess the impact of changes and measure success through data-driven insights. · Working with Business and Process Improvement Analysts to ensure the 'as-is' and 'to-be states' are captured and played back to stakeholders appropriately as part of the change impact assessment process.
