Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Project Manager to lead and manage change initiatives and specific system-related change projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and system implementation and transformation, with the ability to drive successful outcomes for our people in a fast-paced ever evolving environment.

Accountability 1:

Change Management

· Ability to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organisational goals.

· Flexibility and agility to adjust plans and strategies in response to evolving circumstances and feedback.

· Skills to gain buy-in from stakeholders and drive change initiatives forward.

· Capability to assess the impact of changes and measure success through data-driven insights.

· Working with Business and Process Improvement Analysts to ensure the 'as-is' and 'to-be states' are captured and played back to stakeholders appropriately as part of the change impact assessment process.

Accountability 2:

Project Leadership

· Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross functional teams.

· Expertise in creating detailed project plans based on change gaps, timelines, and milestones.

· Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.

· Skills to manage and resolve conflicts within the project team.

· Able to set clear, measurable goals for project performance.

Accountability 3:

Stakeholder Engagement

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

· Emotional intelligence skills to be able to empathise with stakeholders to be able to meaningfully address their needs.

· Skill to negotiate and manage expectations effectively.

Accountability 4:

Communication and Performance Monitoring

· Ability to create and deliver engaging presentation to various audiences.

· Ensures all communications are clear, concise, and easily understood.

· Employ active listening skills and respond appropriately to feedback.

· Maintaining consistent messaging throughout the change process.

· Employing skills to analyse project performance data and identify trends.

· Ability to create comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes.

· Commitment to using performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Accountability 5:

Training and Support

· Ability to help shape effective training programmes and materials.

· Skills to facilitate training sessions and workshops effectively.

· Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

· Gathering and incorporating feedback to improve training initiatives.

· Familiar with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project.

· Change Management qualification such as APMG Change Manager Practitioner.

· Understanding of system implementation/ transformation process.

· Instructional training facilitation/ deployment.

· Time management and organisation skills.

· Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

· Conflict resolution skills, negotiating and expectation management.

· Proven delivery of system implementation/ transformation initiatives.

· Instructional/ training design and ability to deliver effective training programmes.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
