The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, your role will be key in fostering a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. You will have the chance to make a real impact, planning and leading stimulating activities that encourage curiosity, learning, and social interaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent care and attention to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Create and deliver imaginative and educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about each child’s progress.
Work collaboratively with a close-knit team of dedicated childcare professionals.
Promote a fun and inclusive atmosphere where children are inspired to learn and grow.
Requirements:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in an early years setting, with knowledge of the EYFS.
Someone who is creative, caring, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for working with young children.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and parents alike.
A proactive team player who can bring energy and ideas to the nursery environment.
