We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team and support across nursery settings in the Thatcham/Newbury areas.
Your Role:
-Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
-Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities that align with the Early Years -Foundation Stage (EYFS) to promote learning and development.
-Observe and record children’s progress, offering tailored support to help them achieve key developmental milestones.
-Create a stimulating and inviting learning environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing space for all children.
-Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
