Summary
Regularly review and validate both outpatient and inpatient waiting lists (OPWL and IPWL) to ensure accuracy and compliance with departmental standards and operational guidelines. Contact patients to confirm, reschedule, or reorganise their appointments in line with departmental requirements and available resources Liaise with clinicians, management teams, and other departments to highlight any issues or concerns regarding patient waiting lists and overall patient activity. Assist in generating regular reports on waiting list activity, ensuring timely and accurate data is provided to senior management. Ensure compliance with relevant NHS policies, patient safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
