Summary
As an experienced NMC Registered General Nurse with experience in Ophthalmic Nursing who is caring, committed and compassionate , you will be competent to work autonomously in AMD and Glaucoma clinics and will be required to undertake intravitreal injections lists at both JPUH and Beccles hospital. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop services and improve the quality of care delivered as well as acting as a role model, providing highly specialised clinical knowledge.In this role you will be expected to act as the clinical expert and professional resource to the multidisciplinary team, patients and carers. You should posses excellent communication and decision making skills with evidence of ongoing professional development .You will be responsible for carrying out clinical ophthalmic practice, requiring you to deliver highly specialised nursing skills.
